Second generation family winemakers and siblings Angus, Digby and Sally Sorby Adams were born with wine in their veins and together are Gudilly.
This wine was fermented then matured in older French oak barrels for 10 months. It is a light and crisp style with flavours of apple, pear and a hint of rose petal.
